DEPARTURE SERVICE

 Departing an Airport can be time consuming and frustrating. Let ASE remove that and provide you with a trusted and pleasurable experience without worry or concern.   

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Before you even arrive at the Airport we already start our processing your checkin. We meet you at a designated point and assist you with a short entrance into the terminal building. By this stage we already when possible have your boarding cards and baggage tags ready

WE TAKE CARE OF CHECK-IN

Agent will assist you with baggage and items from your dropoff inside the terminal. We apply bags tags, provide boarding cards and make a short stop on the way to security. On International flights we may have to present ourselves to Airline security for passport verification.

QUICK AS POSSIBLE VIA SECURITY

Depending on your ticket type we can either assist you with fast track security or regular security  taking care to ensure its processed efficiently and without issue. Our agent remains with you through the experience. We take the direct routes thus minimising any waiting time.

SHOPS, LOUNGES OR EATING

Shopping, Lounges, Relaxing areas await passengers depending on their ticket type/or preferences. For those who travel in Economy ASE can offer a number of lounges on a discounted pay per use basis. Maybe you prefer some shopping or eating? Our agents know the Airport inside out and can assist with all sorts of ideas. The choice is yours.

BOARDING TIME

Coordinating the boarding is important and we will ensure that you are there at just the right time, no need for long waiting or indeed being late. Our agent will assist with any passport formalities and coordinate the shortest distance to the departure gate. Bought lots of things? Don’t worry we will carry that!

DEPARTURE

When possible we will pre-board all guests on their Airline, following them until we shake hands and depart. Our agent remains at the Gate until the Aircraft departs. Need us to call someone? Just let us know!  What happens if the flight is cancelled, delayed or has a problem? Don’t worry as you are in the best hands to assist you with everything.
